IT Recruiter
Job Summary
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT roles, focusing on both contractual and permanent staffing solutions. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring the organization attracts top talent to meet business needs, with a specific focus on ERP systems, testing domains, and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) staffing solutions. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hires.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Handle recruitment for ERP systems, testing roles, and both C2H and permanent staffing solutions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and staffing records.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and manage onboarding formalities.
- Meet recruitment deadlines and targets as specified.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems recruitment.
- Familiarity with C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and permanent staffing solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for testing roles within IT.
- Prior experience with high-volume hiring or working in a staffing agency environment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to ERP systems, testing roles, and both contract and permanent placements.
Environment
- Work Location: Bangalore or Chennai (on-site).
- Type: Contractual position.
- Start Date: Within 15 days from offer acceptance.

Salary
- INR 2 - 5 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).
