• Take ownership of category p&l across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of assortment planning across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of vendor negotiation across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of pricing strategy across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of data-led decisions across the team's core initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within E-commerce or an adjacent domain.
• Demonstrated strength in category p&l, assortment planning, vendor negotiation.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
