Digital Marketing Lead
Opportunity
Ebco India is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive web-enabled sales (B2C & B2B). The ideal
candidate should have a deep understanding of performance marketing, direct-to-consumer (DTC)
strategies, and website management & optimization.
Specific Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms
(SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.).
Analyze competitors’ digital marketing strategies and market trends to ensure a competitive
edge.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that align with business
goals.
Optimize the company’s website and online content for search engines (SEO) to improve
organic traffic and rankings.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive relevant traffic to
the website.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
Manage content distribution and promotion across social media, email newsletters, and
other digital channels.
Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter,
LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Plan, schedule, and execute paid and organic social media campaigns.
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and
conversion.
Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other digital tools to track and analyze campaign
performance.
Provide regular reports on KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics to maximize results.
Collaborate with the design, content, and product teams to ensure consistency across all
digital marketing efforts.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to ensure the company’s digital
marketing remains innovative.
Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns and ensure that resources are allocated
efficiently.
Ensure that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver the desired ROI.
Skills/Requirements
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook
Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies
accordingly
Strong communication and collaboration skills. MBA preferably with a specialization in
Marketing, Digital Commerce, or Strategy.
7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, and website optimization.
