<div>Digital Marketing Lead<br />
Opportunity<br />
Ebco India is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive web-enabled sales (B2C &amp; B2B). The ideal<br />
candidate should have a deep understanding of performance marketing, direct-to-consumer (DTC)<br />
strategies, and website management &amp; optimization.<br />
Specific Responsibilities:<br />
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms<br />
(SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.).<br />
Analyze competitors’ digital marketing strategies and market trends to ensure a competitive<br />
edge.<br />
Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that align with business<br />
goals.<br />
Optimize the company’s website and online content for search engines (SEO) to improve<br />
organic traffic and rankings.<br />
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive relevant traffic to<br />
the website.<br />
Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.<br />
Manage content distribution and promotion across social media, email newsletters, and<br />
other digital channels.<br />
Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter,<br />
LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).<br />
Plan, schedule, and execute paid and organic social media campaigns.<br />
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and<br />
conversion.<br />
Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other digital tools to track and analyze campaign<br />
performance.<br />
Provide regular reports on KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.<br />
Optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics to maximize results.<br />
Collaborate with the design, content, and product teams to ensure consistency across all<br />
digital marketing efforts.<br />
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to ensure the company’s digital<br />
marketing remains innovative.<br />
Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns and ensure that resources are allocated<br />
efficiently.<br />
Ensure that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver the desired ROI.<br />
Skills/Requirements<br />
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.<br />
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook<br />
Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).<br />
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies<br />
accordingly<br />
Strong communication and collaboration skills. MBA preferably with a specialization in<br />
Marketing, Digital Commerce, or Strategy.<br />
7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, and website optimization.<br />
