Digital Marketing Lead
Opportunity
Ebco India is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive web-enabled sales (B2C & B2B). The ideal
candidate should have a deep understanding of performance marketing, direct-to-consumer (DTC)
strategies, and website management & optimization.
Specific Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms
(SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.).
 Analyze competitors’ digital marketing strategies and market trends to ensure a competitive
edge.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that align with business
goals.
 Optimize the company’s website and online content for search engines (SEO) to improve
organic traffic and rankings.
 Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive relevant traffic to
the website.
 Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
 Manage content distribution and promotion across social media, email newsletters, and
other digital channels.
 Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter,
LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
 Plan, schedule, and execute paid and organic social media campaigns.
 Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and
conversion.
 Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other digital tools to track and analyze campaign
performance.
 Provide regular reports on KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
 Optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics to maximize results.
 Collaborate with the design, content, and product teams to ensure consistency across all
digital marketing efforts.
 Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to ensure the company’s digital
marketing remains innovative.
 Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns and ensure that resources are allocated
efficiently.
 Ensure that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver the desired ROI.
Skills/Requirements
 Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
 Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook
Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies
accordingly
 Strong communication and collaboration skills. MBA preferably with a specialization in
Marketing, Digital Commerce, or Strategy.
 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, and website optimization.
Experience in merchandising or category management within platforms like Amazon,
Flipkart, or consumer-oriented organizations
 Hands-on, detail oriented, energetic and results-driven
 Reporting into CMO
