Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designers to join our team in Bangalore. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering visually compelling designs that enhance our brand identity and user experience. This role is critical in supporting our marketing, product, and digital initiatives through high-quality graphic and UI/UX design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative designs for digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and social media.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all visual assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to deliver engaging user interfaces.
• Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficient in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Strong skills in Figma and other relevant design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for web design.
• Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts.
• Understanding of accessibility standards in design.
• Experience working in an agile or fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers are welcome).
• Relevant experience in UI/UX and graphic design is a plus.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Work Setting: Full-Time, in-office.

Salary

• ₹250,000 – ₹350,000 per annum.
