About Blissclub
Blissclub is a community-first consumer brand crafting insanely comfortable activewear
for the women of India. Founded in 2020 by ISB alum Minu Margeret, BlissClub has raised
$17.25 Mn till date, latest, Series A of $15 million in May 2022 led by Eight Roads Ventures
and Elevation Capital. This fundraise, one of the largest ever Series A round by an Indian
direct-to-consumer brand, comes less than a year after BlissClub raised $2.25 million in
seed funding from Elevation Capital in May 2021.

Role Summary :
Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)
We’re looking for an Acquisition Manager to join our team. Your mission, should you
choose to accept it, is to ensure our online storefront on the website, app and other
marketplaces is always on brand and can keep pace with our design team’s ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Unlock next 1 million users for Blissclub working with stakeholder across:
Category, Marketing, Digital, Business Finance, Revenue
● Key focus areas on Organic Acquisition levers : SEO, Referral, Hyperloud, Website
and app optimization
● Drive new user PnL in terms of Topline research
● Focus on new channel & initiatives to create disproportion
What you need :
● 3-4 years of experience from Tier 1 UG colleges
● 1-3 years of experience from Tier 1 PG colleges
● Experience working in Growth or Revenue term is a must have
