About Blissclub<br />
Blissclub is a community-first consumer brand crafting insanely comfortable activewear<br />
for the women of India. Founded in 2020 by ISB alum Minu Margeret, BlissClub has raised<br />
$17.25 Mn till date, latest, Series A of $15 million in May 2022 led by Eight Roads Ventures<br />
and Elevation Capital. This fundraise, one of the largest ever Series A round by an Indian<br />
direct-to-consumer brand, comes less than a year after BlissClub raised $2.25 million in<br />
seed funding from Elevation Capital in May 2021.<br />

<div>Role Summary :<br />
Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)<br />
We’re looking for an Acquisition Manager to join our team. Your mission, should you<br />
choose to accept it, is to ensure our online storefront on the website, app and other<br />
marketplaces is always on brand and can keep pace with our design team’s ambitions.<br />
Key Responsibilities:<br />
● Unlock next 1 million users for Blissclub working with stakeholder across:<br />
Category, Marketing, Digital, Business Finance, Revenue<br />
● Key focus areas on Organic Acquisition levers : SEO, Referral, Hyperloud, Website<br />
and app optimization<br />
● Drive new user PnL in terms of Topline research<br />
● Focus on new channel & initiatives to create disproportion</div>
<div>What you need :<br />
● 3-4 years of experience from Tier 1 UG colleges</div>
<div>● 1-3 years of experience from Tier 1 PG colleges<br />
● Experience working in Growth or Revenue term is a must have</div>
