Job Summary

The Java AWS Glue Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java and AWS Glue. This role demands expertise in implementing data integration solutions and is a key contributor in aligning technology with business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data processing solutions using Java and AWS Glue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Ensure optimal performance and scalability of AWS Glue jobs and related data pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration challenges and performance issues.
• Maintain documentation related to processes, data flows, and architecture.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Java, Core Java, and Spring frameworks.
  • Experience with Hibernate and Microservices.
  • Strong expertise in AWS Glue Service and data integration practices.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge of AWS services relevant to data processing.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other AWS services like S3, Redshift, and Lambda.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.

Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in software development, specifically with Java and AWS Glue.

Environment

This position is hybrid, requiring attendance in the office 3 days a week. Locations include Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Indore, Noida, Gurgaon, Goa, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Kolkata.
