Job Summary
We are seeking a technically sound SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team. This role requires 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience, particularly in SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA integrations. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization by leveraging custom development, interface building, and enhancement techniques in SAP to effectively meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ABAP programs to support SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA integrations.
- Build and maintain interfaces between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize IDoc, RFC, BAPIs, and BADI/User Exits to enhance existing SAP configurations.
- Create and troubleshoot OData services and SOAP/REST Web Services for efficient data exchange.
- Provide support for integration testing and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a solid understanding of PA/OM, infotypes, and the S/4HANA HR data model.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong experience in SuccessFactors to S/4HANA integration, particularly with EC to ERP replication.
- Proficient in IDoc, RFC, BAPIs, BADI/User Exits, and Enhancement Frameworks.
- Familiarity with OData services, SOAP/REST Web Services, and integration troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of PA/OM, infotypes, and S/4HANA HR data model.
- Must have working experience in UAE region projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other SAP modules and additional SAP certifications would be a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
