<p><b>Role reports to</b> – CIO - Shaurya Arora</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><b>The incumbent must have</b> – 10–15 years of experience (higher experience also welcome) across Private Equity and Listed Equities, with a proven track record in deal sourcing, execution, portfolio management, and public market investing</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><b>Educational pedigree</b> – Strong academic background (IIT/IIM/ISB/Ivy League or equivalent) or relevant professional pedigree from leading PE/VC firms, bulge-bracket investment banks, or top consulting firms</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><b>Key responsibilities</b> –</p>
<p>• Lead PE investments across sectors including sourcing, diligence, structuring & exits</p>
<p>• Conduct fundamental research and manage listed equity portfolios</p>
<p>• Provide thought leadership and contribute to investment committee discussions</p>
<p>• Mentor and build the investment team as the platform scales</p>
