Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
● Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
● Answer incoming calls and emails, and handle inquiries or redirect as necessary.
● Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
● Process patient payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries.
● Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
● Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
● Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
● Provide general information about clinic services, policies, and procedures to patients

● Handle confidential patient information with utmost discretion and maintain patient
