Job Description
As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve NAPS Sales targets and revenue growth. You will also be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter new markets • Monitor and analyse sales performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies as needed • Build and maintain a positive and productive sales culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management • Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources Requirements: • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, with having experience in a leadership position • Aggressive B2B Sales skills • Understanding of NAPS Portal Management • Complete understanding of the process & good tie-ups with local bodies • Proven track record of achieving NAPS sales targets and revenue growth objectives • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects • Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems If you are an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
