Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven, analytical, and creative digital marketer with 3+ years of

experience in managing Amazon storefronts and multi-marketplace ecosystems. You will own end-

to-end digital marketing strategies—from listing optimization and advertising to expansion across

marketplaces—delivering measurable revenue growth and strengthening HIRA’

s brand story.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Amazon & Marketplace Management

Strategize, launch, and optimize HIRA Fragrances

product listings on Amazon India (and other

targeted marketplaces): refine titles, bullet points, A+ (Enhanced Brand Content), and imagery.

Execute and improve performance-driven advertising campaigns—Sponsored Products,

Sponsored Brands, and DSP—and monitor conversion, ACoS, and ranking.

Expand presence across other Indian marketplaces (e.g., Flipkart, Nykaa), tailoring content to

platform-specific requirements while maintaining HIRA’

s brand voice.

Campaign Strategy & Performance Marketing

Design and run full-funnel digital marketing campaigns—PPC, promotions, influencer

collaborations, and seasonal activations.

Monitor KPIs (CTR, ROAS, conversion rates) and iteratively optimize ad spend and creative

messaging.

Collaborate with external partners or agencies to expand brand visibility and reach.SEO & Content Optimization

Conduct keyword research (e.g.,

“long-lasting perfume,

” “

clean fragrances India

”) to enhance

organic performance on marketplaces and the main website.

Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-rich product descriptions, blog posts, and

campaign narratives that tie into HIRA’

s storytelling ethos.

Analytics, Testing, & Insights

Leverage marketplace dashboards and analytics tools to inform strategy; conduct A/B tests on

creatives, pricing, keywords, and ads.

Track customer feedback and reviews, distill actionable insights, and feed improvements into

product positioning and messaging.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with design and creative teams to produce immersive visuals that reflect HIRA’

s

aesthetic—minimalist, sensory, and elegant.

Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and operations to ensure accurate stock management and

seamless delivery.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Digital Marketing and/or Marketplace Management.

Proficient with Amazon Seller/Vendor platforms, DSP, Sponsored Ads, and A+ Content.

Strong analytical abilities—experience analyzing and optimizing digital campaigns based on

performance metrics.

Familiarity with SEO for e-commerce, listing optimization, and keyword research.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Experience working with high-velocity consumer startups or challenger

brands

Prior experience with fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle categories

Past leadership of 0-to-1 or 1-to-100 scale-up journeys
