JD - Inside sales Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Care Coordinator (Sleep Care). As a Sleep Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our patient outreach efforts. You will be responsible for contacting potential leads, explaining our sleep study services, and guiding them through the process of receiving the care they need. This position requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of sleep disorders (training will be provided), and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Patient Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company to introduce and explain our sleep study services. ● Education: Educate potential patients about the importance of sleep health, the benefits of sleep studies, and the services we offer. ● Assessment: Conduct preliminary assessments to determine if the individual may benefit from a sleep study. ● Scheduling: Assist patients in scheduling their sleep study appointments, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately recorded. ● Follow-Up: Provide follow-up calls to patients to answer any questions, remind them of appointments, and offer support throughout the process. ● Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and scheduling. ● Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the sleep care team to ensure a seamless patient experience and high-quality care Qualifications ● 2-4 yrs experience as Care coordinator or educator experience in Indian market ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Experience in home care or healthcare setting ● Strong customer service skills ● Ability to work independently and remotely ● Knowledge of sleep disorders and related treatments is a plus ● Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Psychology, or related field preferred Benefits: ● Competitive salary ● Opportunity to work from home ● Comprehensive training and ongoing support ● Work directly with Founders & leadership team to drive growth of the business ● Professional development opportunities
