WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
Evaluate the latest fashion trends, buying patterns, and demographics of target market.
Identify buying trends, establish merchandise categories, and develop product assortments
Sales planning & budgeting.
Overseeing fabric testing and fittings of first samples
Sourcing fabrics and accessories
Demand planning & allocation of the products.
Forecasting business projections & trends.
Plan, source, and oversee the implementation of store layouts.
Building a strong supplier base to get products at right price, right quality and right time.
Planning right product assortment and pricing strategies to remain relevant to the consumer across all regions.
Monitoring stocks, deliveries to ensure we maintain optimum stock turn at each location
Data Management & Analysis- Sales growth report, monthly MIS and Analysing & forecasting
Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc
Giving clarification to production and quality team related to style.
