Forward looking HR Policies Key Skills & Competencies • engage with multiple key stakeholders with varying backgrounds, influence stakeholders including the leadership team • ability to prioritize and executive multiple projects • resourceful, solution and closure orientation • a self-starter who would roll up his/her sleeves, build relationships, follow through, think and move fast, dive deep and get work done Experience: Total 14 years + (flexible for the right candidate) • with experience in setting up and leading real organization development initiatives for organization transformation • exposure to large organizations and proven ability to navigate and manage scale and complexity • staying the course in an ambiguous changing environment Qualifications : MBA (preferred), ODCP (preferred) Language Proficiency : English & Hindi Base location : Bangalore/Kota Additional location : Kota/Bangalore (The traditional test prep business is headquartered out of Kota, Rajasthan and the new Ed-tech Business is headquartered out of Bangalore. The incumbent will be required to spend significant time in both these locations every month)
