Job Summary

The Lead Software Engineer for AI Services will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML model-based solutions utilizing various cloud services to tackle complex business challenges. This role is pivotal in enhancing the organization's technology stack and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models-based solutions using cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Utilize Copilot Studio to build and maintain conversational virtual bots and agents, ensuring seamless integration and user interaction.
• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Microsoft's Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to meet diverse business needs.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs using Python or Node.js, focusing on building REST services with Nest and Node.js.
• Lead the full-stack development process, including front-end, back-end, and database management, to deliver robust and scalable applications.
• Work with various databases and services including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Key Vault, PostgresDB, Redis, and OpenAI to design, implement, and optimize data storage and security solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in AI/ML, cloud computing, and software development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Expertise in developing applications using Microsoft's Power Platform.
• Proficient in Python and Node.js for RESTful API development.
• Experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Azure Cosmos DB.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with conversational AI and virtual agents.
• Knowledge of data security practices and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML and cloud services.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹4,000,000 per annum.
