Role Overview  
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to own and scale CHOSEN®️’s digital presence. This role will lead social media strategy, content planning, community building, platform-specific campaigns, and influencer collaborations while ensuring all communication aligns with our science-first, dermatologist-led brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities   
 
Social Media Strategy & Planning  
- Own and execute CHOSEN®️’s end-to-end social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals  
- Build and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.)  
- Translate dermatological science into engaging, consumer-friendly content  
 
Content & Campaign Execution  
- Collaborate with content, design, medical, and brand teams to produce high-quality, accurate content  
- Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns including product launches, educational series, and brand moments  
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms  
 
Community Management  
- Actively manage comments, DMs, and community interactions with empathy and accuracy  
- Build trust-driven conversations around skin and hair concerns  
- Monitor brand sentiment and manage escalations in coordination with internal teams  
 
Influencer & Creator Management  
- Identify, onboard, and manage dermatologists, creators, and skincare influencers aligned with CHOSEN®️’s values  
- Manage influencer briefs, deliverables, timelines, and commercials  
- Ensure content is compliant, science-backed, and brand-appropriate  
- Track influencer performance and ROI  
 
Analytics & Optimization  
- Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, growth, and conversions  
- Share insights, reports, and recommendations with the Brand Manager  
- Continuously optimize content based on performance and audience behavior  
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration  
- Work closely with Brand, Medical, Performance Marketing, PR, and Product teams  
- Support integrated marketing campaigns and offline initiatives when required

Requirements  
- 3–6 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands  
- Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, trends, and content formats  
- Proven experience in influencer and creator management  
- Ability to simplify scientific or technical information into engaging content  
- Strong communication, copy sensibility, and attention to detail  
- Data-driven mindset with experience using social analytics tools

Preferred Experience  
- Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or dermatology-led brands  
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in beauty/skin content  
- Agency + brand-side experience is a plus
