Job Description

  • Account Management: Own and manage relationships with key clients in the city, ensuring consistent service delivery and account growth.
  • Customer Handling: Act as the single point of contact for high-value clients, resolving issues proactively and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a city-level customer service and operations support team to deliver on SLAs and KPIs.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and escalations.
  • City-Wide Oversight: Take complete ownership of account-related activities across the city including billing, documentation, and reporting.
  • Client Retention & Growth: Identify up sell opportunities, gather feedback, and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Reporting: Directly report to the Head Office with regular updates on account status, escalations, and business performance.
Travel: Local travel within the city for client meetings, on-ground issue resolution, and site visits.
