About The Bare Bar

The Bare Bar is a fast-growing, handcrafted, clean body care brand built on the pillars of

being natural, handcrafted, and mindful. We manufacture all our products in-house in small

batches and are building a strong D2C and marketplace-led business across India.

Role Objective

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to own and scale our online business, with a

strong focus on Amazon, marketplaces, and performance-led growth.

This role is not just operational — it requires someone who can think strategically, execute

fast, and scale categories profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Growth & Performance

Own end-to-end performance of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)

Drive monthly revenue growth and category scaling

Work closely with performance marketing to scale ad spends while maintaining

ROI targets

Identify high-potential SKUs/categories and double down on them

Catalog, Listings & Conversion

Optimize product listings (titles, keywords, A+ content, images, videos)

Improve conversion rates through better PDP content

Ensure pricing, offers, and bundling strategies are competitive

Data, Insights & Strategy●

Track daily/weekly performance across:

Sales

ROAS

Conversion

Category contribution

Analyze competitor strategies (pricing, keywords, offers, new launches)

Use data to drive clear action plans, not just reporting

Inventory & Operations

Work with internal teams on:

Inventory planning

Stock allocation across FBAs

Avoiding stockouts and overstocking

Align demand planning with performance trends

Stakeholder Management

Manage external agencies (ads, marketplace partners)

Coordinate with internal teams:

Marketing

Operations

Production

Ensure fast execution with minimal delays

Growth Initiatives

Identify new opportunities:

New marketplaces

Bundles

Pricing experiments

Drive category expansion beyond hero SKUs

Ideal Candidate Profile

3–6 years of experience in D2C / marketplace-driven brands

Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central

Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics

Strong ownership mindset — not just execution, but problem-solving●

Experience in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands preferred
