<div>We’re looking for a Sales Specialist – Events who can drive business growth in the events, experiential, and brand activation space. This role is ideal for someone who understands the event ecosystem, can sell concepts confidently, and builds strong, long-term client relationships.</div>
<div>#Key Responsibilities</div>
<div>Business Development</div>
<div>* Identify and convert new business opportunities in events and experiential marketing<br />
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and research<br />
* Drive revenue growth against defined targets</div>
<div>Client Management</div>
<div>* Build relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and procurement teams<br />
* Understand client objectives and propose customized event solutions<br />
* Coordinate with internal creative, production, and operations teams</div>
<div>Sales & Pitching</div>
<div>* Create proposals, budgets, and pitch presentations<br />
* Lead client meetings, negotiations, and closures<br />
* Ensure smooth project handover and post-sale client satisfaction</div>
<div>Market Insights</div>
<div>* Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities<br />
* Share insights to strengthen sales strategy and positioning</div>
<div># Requirements</div>
<div>* 3–6 years of experience in event sales / experiential marketing / brand activations<br />
* Agency experience preferred (Events / Media / Radio / TV)<br />
* Strong client network and understanding of event execution<br />
* Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills<br />
* Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment</div>
