As a National sales head, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledgeofsales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships withlarge, distributed customers. Sales Plan 0-6 months - Learning &amp; Implementation</div> <div>● Recruiting the right talent to build a strong sales team.</div> <div>● Create/maintain pitch according to the client&rsquo;s requirements and specifications. Build a structured proposal as per industry considering existing clients feedback.</div> <div>● Focusing the current sales pipelines and converting them into revenue.</div> <div>● Developing and implementing sales strategy, market mapping and analytics of the markets to build the sales pipeline for the future and project the numbersfor the next year. 6-18 months - Improvement &amp; Execution</div> <div>● Responsible for the sale of the product in the large enterprise segment and achieve the sales revenue/targets. I.e adding new logos from the first 6 month&rsquo;s pipeline.</div> <div>● Ensuring the additional revenue from newly added customers on a month onmonth basis.</div> <div>● Learning &amp; Development for the team to move to the next level, ensuringweprovide resources and training for each team member&rsquo;s growth and development.</div> <div>● Analysing the competitors products and working on product enhancement basedon the Product demand in the market. SKILLS</div> <div>● Experience - Proven work experience as a National/Zonal software sales managerand managing a high performance sales team.</div> <div>● Customer centric approach - Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills. Analytical skills with a problem-solving approach.</div> <div>● Strategic thinking - Developing the sales strategy in accordance with thecompany&#39;s vision and product offerings.</div> <div>● Leadership Skills &ndash; Should possess self-awareness, garner credibility, focus onrelationship-building, have a bias for action, exhibit humility, empower others, stay authentic, present themselves as constant and consistent, become role modelsand are fully present. An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.</div> <div>● Decision-Making Abilities &ndash; Ability to make decisions that benefit theorganization and work towards goals, strategies, and process. Shouldmake informed decisions on a regular basis and choose the best course of action.</div> <div>● Communication Skills &ndash; Working on the best ways to communicate your visionto others and listening to ideas. QUALIFICATION Prior experience in a leadership role in the Contact center Software Sales functionis desirable. TEAM MANAGEMENT</div> <div>● Prior experience in a leadership role in the Software Sales function is desirable.</div> <div>● Time management and the ability to prioritise tasks are vital to ensure goals are met.
