Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 7-8 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, contributing to the organization’s efficiency and service delivery capabilities while working in a remote capacity and during US shifts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules according to customer needs.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows and applications.
• Interface with project stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure quality control of applications.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with integrations involving ServiceNow (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Experience

7-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.

Environment

• Work setting is remote with a requirement to work during US shifts.

Salary

Budgeted salary of 30 LPA, with potential for extension for technically exceptional candidates.
