Job Summary

The Head – Marketplace will take complete ownership of the marketplace business, driving profitability and strategic growth across platforms including Amazon and Myntra. This role is critical in developing a long-term marketplace strategy and leading cross-functional teams to enhance operational and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketplace business end-to-end, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Own and manage the Marketplace Profit and Loss (P&L).
• Drive business growth on Amazon, Myntra, and other online platforms.
• Develop and implement a long-term strategy for marketplace operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve both operational and commercial performance.
• Optimize profitability and revenue across all marketplace channels.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in marketplace leadership roles.
• Proven track record of owning a Marketplace P&L.
• Strong commercial acumen and business sense.
• Hands-on experience in scaling Amazon and other marketplace businesses.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards strategic growth.
• Analytical, proactive thinker capable of tackling business challenges independently.
• Preferred educational background in business management or related fields.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of Amazon & Myntra ecosystems.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for marketplace operations.
• Open to candidates with slightly less experience but demonstrated high potential.

Experience

• Significant experience in leadership roles within marketplace environments, demonstrating end-to-end business ownership.
• Proven track record of managing Marketplace P&L and scaling revenue effectively.
• Strong familiarity with the ecosystems of Amazon and Myntra.
