Job Description
- Drive sales on all e-commerce platforms & marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce Platforms - Swiggy, Blinkit etc and ensure all targets are met in timely.
- Handle cataloguing, promotions and sales enhancement strategy on Ecommerce portals/ Marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, etc.
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
- Ensure the highest possible rating on all the E-Comm Channels
- Coordinate with key personnel from the marketplaces to ensure each channel is optimized and all the objectives are met.
- Stay up to date about the upcoming platforms and actively onboard Gladful products on the same.
- Make Monthly Sales and Business MIS. This has to be made Channel wise and Product Wise.
- Acquire insights into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
- Create dashboards that provide regular insights, offer recommendations, and identify growth opportunities.
- Assist co-founders or sales head in sales platform and promotion budget planning.
