Job Summary

As an SAP Retail Consultant with expertise in S4 HANA, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying retail functionalities to provide successful solutions for our clients. Your role will involve working on SAP Retail implementation and support projects while possessing comprehensive knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP Materials Management (MM).

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of IT solutions in accordance with defined requirements and standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT team.
• Develop SAP IS Retail-related functionalities and integration interfaces with various legacy systems.
• Leverage experience in the SAP SD/MM area alongside retail expertise to enhance solution delivery.
• Perform data migration from legacy systems to S4 HANA effectively.
• Ensure designs comply with established specifications to meet client expectations.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by researching alternatives and new technologies for architectural review.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience:
  • Over 10 years of experience in SAP SD/MM consulting, support, maintenance, and implementation within an SAP environment/client.
  • 5+ years of IS Retail experience specifically in implementation projects, with knowledge of Merchandising, Assortment, Listing, and Pricing in IS Retail.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP IS Retail (S4 HANA).
  • Strong understanding of simple Supply Chain Management (SCM) within S4 HANA, including Billing, Sales Orders, Sales Deliveries, SD Master Data, Goods Issue, and Batch Management.
  • Familiarity with niche SAP SD modules such as Warehouse Management (WM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is an added advantage.
  • Preferable knowledge in transformation and implementation processes to S4 HANA.
• Project Management: Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or APIC is desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creating and managing integration interfaces between various systems.
• Knowledge of the latest SAP technologies and trends in retail solutions.

Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years in SAP SD/MM and IS Retail support and implementation experience, with a proven track record in client-facing roles.

Environment

• Location: Hybrid work model preferred with a focus on Pune (Kharadi) and Bangalore.
• Work Setting: The candidate will primarily work in an office environment with opportunities for remote work.

Salary

• CTC Range: ₹1.2 - ₹1.5 million per annum.
