Job Summary

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role will focus on promoting our values of sustainability and healthy living, actively engaging with customers, and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies. You will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goal of creating a healthier planet and community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote organic products and zero waste initiatives.
• Engage with customers at in-store events and farmers markets to provide information about our products and mission.
• Create marketing materials that highlight the benefits of organic food and sustainable practices.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback to improve future strategies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for sustainability and healthy living.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing platforms is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with organic farming practices and zero waste concepts.
• Experience in event planning or marketing.

Experience

• No prior experience is required; however, any experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will be beneficial.

Environment

This is a full-time position with opportunities to work both in-store and at various farmers markets. The role may require outdoor work during market events.
