Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional with hands-on experience in the e-commerce ecosystem and a strong understanding of digital acquisition. The role will focus on driving growth across online channels, with a key emphasis on retail media and marketplace-led performance. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and marketplace ad platforms.
  • Drive growth and visibility across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and conversions.
  • Work closely with marketplace teams to improve product discoverability and sales performance.
  • Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve funnel performance.
  • Support retail media initiatives and learn advanced marketplace advertising strategies on the job.
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, and e-commerce teams for campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with D2C or e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and digital customer journeys.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Exposure to marketplace advertising or retail media is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with performance metrics and campaign data.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Additional experience in data analysis tools or marketing automation platforms would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies can be advantageous.
