Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong networking skills to proactively source talent and build a pipeline.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition within a startup or B2B sector.
