Job Summary

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for strategically expanding the physical footprint of ZenZebra by managing relationships with existing partners and seeking new "Breakspot" locations. This role focuses not just on finding real estate but on identifying high-energy spaces that align with the Gen-Z and industrial-chic aesthetic of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Expansion Pipeline: Identify and evaluate new retail and co-working spaces to support aggressive scale-up goals.
• Commercial Negotiation: Own the lease terms, renewals, and negotiations with property partners and landlords.
• Partner Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing space partners and brokers.
• On-Ground Coordination: Manage property visits and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless store launches.
• Market Intelligence: Track rental benchmarks and competitor presence to secure the best possible locations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in leasing, retail expansion, or business development, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Skills:
  • Ability to travel frequently within Delhi NCR for on-ground coordination.
  • Master negotiator with an understanding of commercial leasing agreements.
  • Strong network of brokers, landlords, and co-working operators.
  • Startup mentality with the capability to build processes from the ground up.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the Gen-Z demographic and current market trends in retail and co-working spaces would be beneficial.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years in relevant roles, specifically in leasing and retail expansion.

Environment

• This position will require on-ground coordination across Delhi NCR with frequent travel for property visits and negotiations.

Salary

• The estimated salary range is ₹8L – ₹12L CTC.
