Role Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of CRM systems and e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a techno-functional expert with strong Shopify development experience and a proven track record in HubSpot CRM customization. You'll be responsible for integrating Shopify and HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flows and workflow automation across platforms.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Shopify development experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot

Technical Skills

• Proficient in PHP Laravel, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

• Experience with React.js or Vue.js is a plus

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and platform integrations

Key Responsibilities

 Shopify Development & Customization

• Full ownership of Shopify store development and maintenance

• Analyze Shopify requirements and propose effective solutions

• Develop Shopify private apps and custom front-end applications

• Implement and configure Payment Gateways and OTP features

• Collaborate with UX and integration teams for cohesive store functionality

• Document and manage store assets in collaboration with business stakeholders

• Guide junior developers working on Shopify-related tasks

 HubSpot CRM Support

• Understand HubSpot from a CRM and CMS perspective

• Customize HubSpot CMS, CRM, and Marketing Hub tools to support business goals

• Create workflows, automations, and custom extensions

• Develop and maintain HubSpot themes using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Optimize HubSpot CRM for lead tracking, sales alignment, and reporting

 Integration & Collaboration

• Integrate Shopify with HubSpot to ensure consistent customer experience

• Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to build seamless workflows

• Maintain clear technical documentation for all customizations and integrations

 Performance Optimization

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform integration issues

• Monitor analytics and recommend UX improvements

• Conduct R&D initiatives to enhance system capabilities
