HCM Consultant

Job Summary

The HCM Consultant will leverage their extensive knowledge in Human Capital Management to support clients through the hire to retire cycle. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality HCM implementations and ensuring client satisfaction through expert advice and support.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end HCM solutions, focusing on at least 5 full-cycle implementations, with a strong emphasis on HCM Cloud.
• Collaborate with clients during requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
• Lead and manage HCM module configurations, particularly in Benefits, alongside the Core HR module.
• Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues, maintaining frequent client interaction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship, ensuring effective work allocation and progress monitoring for project deliverables.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expert knowledge in HCM modules, particularly Benefits and Core HR.
  • Proficient in HCM Cloud business processes and data flows.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and organizational awareness.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in client-facing roles.
• Leadership capabilities with planning and follow-up skills.
• Willingness for domestic and international travel.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HCM consulting with a focus on implementation and client management.
