Role: E-commerce Specialist & Executive
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years (executive) and 4-6 years (specialist)

Responsibilities:
In-depth knowledge of E-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart,
Nykaa, Purplle, Myntra, Firstcry, etc.
Expertise in cataloging, including Listings, A+, Variations, and order
processing.
Strong problem-solving skills for account health and catalog health.
Effective communication skills for electronic and telephonic follow-ups with
logistics and international portals.
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and graphs.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales performance, providing insights
for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective E-
commerce strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest
innovative approaches.
Manage relationships with E-commerce platform representatives and negotiate
favorable terms.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product expansion and
improvements.
Oversee the development and execution of online marketing campaigns to
drive traffic and sales.
Implement and optimize SEO and SEM strategies for increased visibility and
conversion rates.
