Role Overview:

As a Product Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customer needs and technical capabilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design effective AI-driven solutions that align with their unique needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our Generative AI offerings provide significant value to clients while enhancing our product portfolio.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for AI solutions.

• Conduct discovery calls with clients to gather and analyse their software and hardware requirements.

• Collaborate with sales and product development teams to strategize and create customised Generative AI solutions.

• Deliver presentations and demonstrations of product capabilities to prospective clients, effectively communicating complex technical concepts.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs.

• Test and optimise the performance of installed systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

• Act as a technical subject matter expert, addressing complex inquiries from clients and internal teams.

• Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improvements, acting as a liaison between the customer and the product team.

• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and methodologies to propose innovative solutions.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Generative AI to maintain a competitive edge.

 

 

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-7 years of experience in AI engineering or a related role, with a focus on Generative AI technologies.

• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and design principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
