Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer who possesses expertise in ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), and HRDM (Human Resources Digital Management). The candidate will play a crucial role in utilizing ServiceNow to develop, enhance, and support applications that align with business needs and contribute to the organization's efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules with a focus on ITSM, CSM, and HRDM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all service solutions developed.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and implementation procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and data integrity.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance for users and administrators.

Qualifications

• Certification in ServiceNow (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).
• Proficiency in CSM, HRDM, and ITSM modules within ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Capability to work independently while managing multiple assignments effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Application Development (Service Portal, Orchestration, etc.).
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other programming languages relevant to ServiceNow customization.
