Job Description
- Manage a team of reconciliation specialists
- Oversee the reconciliation process to ensure regulatory compliance
- Possess the ability to work, supervise, and manage reconciliation in an automated environment
- Work closely with the technical team and maintain positive relationships with banks and custodians
- Oversee other functions such as repair and maintenance, warehouse, and technical functions
- Manage heavy volumes of data and multiple stakeholders
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Have analytical skills and experience working with automated data rather than manual processes
