Job Description

Manage a team of reconciliation specialists
Oversee the reconciliation process to ensure regulatory compliance
Possess the ability to work, supervise, and manage reconciliation in an automated environment
Work closely with the technical team and maintain positive relationships with banks and custodians
Oversee other functions such as repair and maintenance, warehouse, and technical functions
Manage heavy volumes of data and multiple stakeholders
Maintain good relationships with customers
Have analytical skills and experience working with automated data rather than manual processes
