Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Finance Development Executive/Manager with 2–4 years of experience to support financial planning, analysis, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine finance expertise with hands-on business development skills to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for operational and business units.
● Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS) and provide actionable insights.
● Support cost control measures, revenue optimization, and profitability analysis.
● Prepare financial models and reports for decision-making.
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for business expansion.
● Support client acquisition, relationship management, and partnership initiatives.
● Assist in revenue generation strategies and operational planning.
● Prepare dashboards and reports using data analysis tools to track performance.
● Utilize accounting software (Tally, SAP) and CRM tools for financial and business data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CFA/CA preferred).
● 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, business development, or analytics (mobility/startup experience is a plus).
● Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
● Cost control & profitability tracking
● Business performance analysis
● Experience in financial analysis, P&L management, and cost optimization.
● Hands-on experience in market research, business analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and reporting.
● Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, SAP), Basic Power BI and CRM tools.
● Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
● Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
