Job Summary

The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing complex data sets to uncover insights that will drive decision making across the organization. This position is expected to contribute to the overall strategic goals by translating data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive data models to support strategic business planning and operational efficiency.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to inform stakeholders and enhance business strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for continuous monitoring of key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver insights that support decision-making processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the team.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities to present complex information simply and compellingly.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Familiarity with data governance and management practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a specific industry domain, such as finance or healthcare, is advantageous.

Experience
