IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and motivated IT Recruiters to join our team. The role involves identifying, attracting, and recruiting top IT talent to support our organizational goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure timely and successful recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.
• Screen and evaluate resumes and job applications to shortlist potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in technical recruitment is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT and technical job roles and requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
