Job Summary

We are seeking a Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies. The ideal candidate will facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring successful Agile implementation to enhance team collaboration and productivity. This role is critical in guiding the team through the Agile process and overcoming any challenges that arise.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and methodologies to enhance their understanding and adherence.
• Ensure that the team is focused on delivering high-quality products while adhering to Agile principles.
• Work collaboratively with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and maintain a backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team’s progress.
• Support the continuous improvement of Agile processes and practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Required experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in leading Agile transformations and coaching teams.

Preferred Skills

• Additional certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or other Agile certifications.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
