Job Title: Sales & Relationship Manager
Location: Ahmedabad (specific project site)
Reports to: Marketing Head
Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and personable Relationship
Manager to represent our residential and commercial projects in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, have strong communication
skills and be passionate about real estate. You will be responsible for engaging
with walk-in prospects, providing detailed information about our premium
features, conducting property tours and ensuring a seamless experience for
potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and engage with walk-in prospects at the project site
2. Provide comprehensive information about the luxury apartments and
answer queries
3. Conduct detailed property tours, highlighting key features and amenities
4. Accurately capture prospect information and requirements in the CRM
system
5. Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to prospect
interactions
6. Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner
7. Coordinate with other departments to address prospect queries or
concerns
8. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the project, local real estate market
and competitor offerings
9. Assist in organizing and executing property showcases and events at the
site
10. Ensure the project site and show apartments/shops are always
presentable
11. Adhere to all company policies and real estate regulations

1. Bachelor's degree
2. 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or
luxury sectors
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi and
Gujarati
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
5. Knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market (preferred)
Required Skills and Competencies:
1. Exceptional customer service orientation
2. Ability to understand and articulate the unique selling points of luxury
properties
3. Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements
4. Patience and ability to handle diverse customer personalities
5. Professional appearance and demeanour
6. Basic understanding of real estate processes and documentation
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as
required
Performance Metrics: While there are no sales targets, performance will be
evaluated based on:
1. Customer satisfaction scores from prospect feedback
2. Accuracy and completeness of prospect information in the CRM
3. Response time to prospect queries and follow-ups
4. Quality of property tours conducted (based on mystery evaluations)
5. Maintenance of project site and show apartment standards
6. Adherence to company policies and procedures
7. Contribution to team knowledge sharing and best practices
