Job Summary
The Deputy Manager (Landscape) is responsible for supporting the Landscape team in the Design Strategy function at the Head Office, aligning with the company’s vision for sustainable corporate growth and success. This role includes working on ongoing initiatives, conducting workshops to raise awareness, and researching future trends in design, materials, and technology for relevant adoption within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives and ensure their implementation within the Landscape team.
- Conduct research on local and international markets to identify upcoming industry trends.
- Develop design details and guidelines related to landscape and architecture.
- Foster cross-learning and development within the Landscape function.
- Coordinate and manage the design process for outdoor spaces, overseeing multiple projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and reviews to monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch) with 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in landscape architecture, or Master’s degree in Architecture (M. Arch) for fresh graduates.
- Knowledge of design software including CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and ArchiCAD.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with additional software like Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo (optional).
- Strong project management, presentation, and photography skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on collaboration.

- Additional knowledge in technological interventions relevant to landscape architecture.
Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture or a Master's degree for fresh graduates.
