Qualifications

• Experience:

  • Requires 7+ years in program management, with at least 5 years in IT Service Management (ITSM), and experience in data center operations.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of data center technologies and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).

• Education and Certifications:

  • Preferred certifications: ITIL, Project Management Professional (PMP), or data center management (e.g., CDCP).
