Reporting to: Co-Head Retail Sales - Arjun Chaudhuri
The incumbent must have over 12–15 years of experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive AUM growth and achieve sales targets
The incumbent will be responsible for leading sales strategy formulation across the retail sales domain, managing sales forecasts and regional budgets, pursuing key prospects, negotiating terms, and ensuring complete adherence to processes and compliance requirements while achieving AUM targets.
The incumbent must have a strong market presence in the Mumbai and Gujarat markets
Compensation: fixed: 50-60 lakhs and Performance-Based Variable Pay
