Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of experience in integration, scripting, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform. This role is crucial in supporting the development and optimization of our ServiceNow applications to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Develop and test ServiceNow scripts for various applications and modules.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and ensure systems meet user expectations.
• Participate in the deployment of ServiceNow solutions and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in ServiceNow integration and scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or similar.
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and APIs.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, AngularJS, or similar programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
  • Experience with deployment processes and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in ServiceNow Administration or Implementation.
• Experience in agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
