Strong technical background in finance, controls, and accounting

NBFC lending experience – ideally in a senior finance role (The Cofounder should not have a Finance background)

Demonstrated expertise in debt raise and co-lending frameworks

Experience in managing and scaling finance teams

Exposure to fundraise and IPO-prep is a plus
