Are you a fitness influencer? Are you a content creator? Or do you simply love making reels? A Video Creator at Devils Circuit will be responsible for making engaging, helpful, trending reels (original content only) for our in-house social media handles. As a full-time Video Creator, we expect the candidate to be up to date with the latest trends in the world of reels, audios, physical fitness, and mental wellness. You should have excellent verbal skills, be super confident on camera, comfortable speaking on camera, and have a 360 degree understanding of how Instagram works. Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas): • Ideate, shoot and edit videos: - Ideate on a weekly basis (as per what’s trending, social media calendar, focus areas, campaigns) - Shoot & edit 4 videos per day • Track performance and incorporate strategic changes basis data insights and team inputs • Research new/trending reel formats • Research new/trending reel audios Desired Skills & Qualifications: • Influencers/content creators preferred • Prior experience preferred • Prior work experience not mandatory but preferred (in video or fitness content) • Expertise in editing apps like InShot, etc. • Good understanding of Instagram KPIs
