Job Description
● As the Lifesycle Manager, you are responsible for increasing the Repeat Orders and thereby increasing the LTV of users. ● You will define all CRM strategies and own the communications charter through channels including Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp Business, Email and others to drive user journeys across different life cycles ● Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to drive customer segmentation to create insights from data and generate recommendations for upsell/cross-sell. ● Own the end-to-end user lifecycle through various Engagement and Retention strategies and plug funnel drop-offs. ● Collaborate with Product teams to develop a pipeline of new product offerings that help in uplifting Traffic, Conversion, Engagement and NP ● Work with the Digital Marketing team to activate churned users via paid marketing efforts ● Forecast annual performance and budget for the direct mail and SMS channels, making adjustments as needed to achieve ROAS targets ● Partner with internal Data Analytics team to automate key metric reporting and leverage this data to provide insights to inform strategic decisions
