<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Should have worked either as a Category Manager with E-Com platform or have worked as KAM for E-Comm channel with a manufacturing organization - Proven work experience in E-Com of at least 3 yrs. </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Proficient in Key Account Management, managing data, and leveraging insights to drive penetration. - Entrepreneurial mindset to get the job done single-handedly. </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Strong Analytical as well as Communication skills </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">This role would be responsible for driving sales of Kapiva portfolio on different customers (online platforms). </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Would be the POC for entire external customer management and would liaison with internal teams on driving customer business partnership.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;"> Develop strategic plans for the Kapiva brands in line with business and sales objectives. </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Act as the key business management contact for category managers at eCommerce platforms. </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">The creation of strategic joint business plans with each retailer to identify and implement specific category growth initiatives. </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Customer Management: Develop and manage sales strategy for each of the designated account customers. </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Develop strategy for acquiring new customers and propose business solutions beneficial for both, Kapiva and customer in meeting business objectives. </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Negotiation: Negotiating trade terms, trade funding and developing promotion strategy for each customer. </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Own, plan and execute overall category investments for the customer with support from shopper marketing and performance marketing teams.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Customer Business Planning: Lead and execute Joint Business Planning together with the customer in line with both organization & customer objectives. </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Generate insights for customer/channel to drive assortment, pricing opportunities etc. </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Preparing volume forecasts & plans. </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">Deliver and exceed on growth, revenue and market share objectives </span></span></li>
