Job Description
1. Strategic Planning
o Develop and implement strategies to grow the B2B business.
o Identify target industries, market trends, and opportunities to expand client portfolios.
2. Sales and Business Development
o Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, banquets, HoReCa.
o Identify and acquire new accounts while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
o Identify clients for white labeling to ensure sales growth
3. Product Knowledge and Marketing
o Stay updated on the company’s chocolate and mithai product range, trends, and innovations.
4. Event and Campaign Management
o Represent the company at corporate events, trade shows, and client meetings.
o Plan and execute seasonal and festive campaigns to drive sales.
5. Client Relationship Management
o Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues efficiently.
o Build a loyal client base by regularly engaging with and updating clients on new offerings and promotions.
6. Reporting and Analytics
o Track sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to refine strategies.
o Prepare regular reports for management on gifting sales performance and growth opportunities.
