About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Associate to support brand building, content strategy, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, social media understanding, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, emailers, and marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute content calendars across platforms
• Assist in branding and campaign strategy development
• Coordinate with design, sales, and leadership teams for marketing initiatives
• Write blogs, LinkedIn posts, captions, and internal communication content
• Track campaign performance and generate monthly reports
• Research industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools is a plus
