Job Summary
As a Data Analyst at Drizzle, you will transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth and enhance customer experience. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) teams to analyze various metrics, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions. Your analytical expertise will play a pivotal role in helping us scale smarter and faster.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze sales performance across platforms such as the D2C website, Amazon, Blinkit, and Zepto.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, average order value (AOV), conversion rate, cart abandonment, customer lifetime value (LTV), and repeat rate.
- Build dashboards and automated reports for leadership to monitor performance in real time.
- Analyze paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, Influencer) for return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and engagement.
- Segment audiences to improve targeting and personalization strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to run A/B tests and optimize content, creatives, and offers.
- Map and analyze the user journey across channels, from discovery to conversion.
- Identify churn patterns and provide insights for email/SMS retargeting campaigns.
- Help shape customer personas and product-market fit through cohort and funnel analysis.
- Provide actionable insights from cross-functional datasets (sales, CRM, inventory).
- Use predictive analytics to forecast demand and optimize inventory planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio (preferred).
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
- Understanding of eCommerce KPIs and digital marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with eCommerce analytics platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Analytics).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign analysis.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Exposure to predictive analytics and machine learning concepts.
- Ability to handle large datasets and derive actionable insights.
Experience
- Minimum Experience: 0 years (open to freshers, interns, and early-career professionals).
- Relevant experience in data analysis, eCommerce, marketing analytics, or business intelligence is a plus.

Salary
